Historical background

Luigi Elio dedicates the history to the pioneers. Me C in the Piedmontese dialect

means “my grandfather”, the man who chose to stay in the impoverished country during

the postwar period to relaunch a land trusting to the future and giving to the

new generation the opportunity to get an invaluable heritage.

Looking some time back we can say that Me C is the founder of Brjnda’s style,

the young surviving Antonio Marchisio went back home with a new overcoat and a

name found forever. Me C is the wine of those who came back or stayed.

The wine belonging to a land still alive.
