                                        Grape-variety: dolcetto 100% 
                                        Vineyard: Il Ciliegio, comune di Castellinaldo 
                                        Vinification: maceration of the must in contact with the skins in 
                                        steel barrels lasting 5-6 days at the controlled temperature of 28C. 
                                        Maturation: 6 months in steel vats, aging in bottle for 3 months. 
                                        Alcoholic content: 12,5% Vol. 
                                        Tasting notes: an intense ruby-red color, with fresh red fruits and wet 
                                        mould odor, clean almond scents. It is a full-bodied wine with a 
                                        backing of freshness and hints of the olfactory sensations. 
                                        Food matches: recommended for serving with light starters, firstcourses 
                                        and boiled vegetables. Excellent as an aperitif.
