Tasting notes: the white Roero wine par excellence, is strawyellow
with greenish and golden highlights. Inviting aroma with
overtones of blended flowers with touches of fresh fruit; sometimes
you can feel its musky, almondy, herby, flavours. The first feeling
in your mouth is freshness, then comes a little acidity intensifying
with a nicely bitterish taste. Back return of sensations offered by the
odour, well-balanced overall

cheeses
